Afghan food is known for basmati rice dishes, lamb and chicken kabobs, mild curries, and a variety of dumplings and pasta dishes. The food is not overly spicy. We rely on the flavors to come through from careful cooking of the freshest meats and vegetables.
At Bamiyan, we use the best quality long-grain basmati rice. When you taste it you will be able to tell the difference. Once you try it, you will never want to eat anywhere else.
